The Compounding Effect of Small Decisions
In todays short episode I share how I have personally seen small decisions compound over time and have seen growth I would've never had if I didn't decide along the way to stay diligent to our goal. In the day to day the decisions may feel rushed and not as big as you think, but they are. Try to make all decisions based off of data. I personally try to maximize every area I can before making a decision of growth or big change in our company. You can see growth, it just takes time!
